PLANS:

OPTION 1- Simply PICK Up whatever you may need for your party. Everything is pretty much menu priced and very convenient for both of us.

OPTION 2 - Let us DELIVER whatever you may want and need to make your party a success. This option is referred to as a Drop Cater and is priced on a per person basis. We can deliver to you location ample Bar-BQ, Vegetables, all Serviceware, Drinks, and even Desserts very close to your expected serving time. This option requires a bit of notice and minimums do apply.

OPTION 3 - FULL CATERING we come on sight wherever your party is and we are responsible for everything you contract us to do to make your party a success. All items are served Buffet Style with your guest helping themselves, and they are welcome to come back for seconds. All items are served out of appropriate serving pans and warmers. We have people thre with you all during set up and serving. We are fully self contained, not needing electricity, water, or serving tables. This OPTION is priced per person and we require a few days notice to aid our planning. Minimums apply to this option.

OPTION 4 - HAVE YOUR PARTY AT MOGRIDDER'S

Yes, rent our building and have your function there. Enjoy four types of Bar-BQ and a wide choice of fresh vegetables and desserts. The place is all yours for the evening. This option is priced per person with a minimum charge as well.

Service:

Staff: The following event staffing will be needed to ensure the highest level of service for the event:

Service Staff:

They will be booked for a total of 4 hours. 1 hour for the serving of appetizers, 2 hours for the serving of entrees and 4 hours of Serving of Beverages.
